Why do we do them?

As an Employment Resource Centre, the objective of the The CAVE is to help job seekers “prepare for and obtain employment by providing employment-related activities and services”.

The increased demand for employees in the BC job market provides The CAVE with an opportunity to expand the promotion and marketing of our Hiring Fairs, leading to greater number of job seeker-employer connections.

We have expanded advertising to include a wider variety of media sponsors including The Beat 94.5, Red FM, The Employment Paper, The Burnaby Now, The New Westminster Record and Lamar Transit to promote the CAVE Hiring Fairs.

Our goal is to achieve a minimum of 750 visitors per day, giving our employers a greater group of candidates for the employment opportunities.

A Partnership with Employers

The CAVE continues to develop effective new partnerships with Employers because we believe in teamwork. As a registered employer you can promote your job postings to over 5000 website members, receive information on CAVE special events/hiring fairs as well as other great features.

Once you are a registered member on our website you will have full access to our new “CAVE Hiring Fair” section which has been expanded to promote your company and our special events.
