Come by to see us and use all our free job search resources including phones, fax, computers, library, newspapers, resume assistance and case management services.

Our regular hours are
Monday- Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Weekends and Statutory Holidays Closed

Tim

The CAVE’s genuinely approachable Coordinator and Community Liaison is an excellent team leader. Tim is always professional and brings a sincere passion to support others in achieving their career goals.

Tim has extensive experience in the employment industry. With over 8 years experience at the CAVE he has a broad knowledge of its operations and specializes in developing new marketing plans such as Hiring Fairs and Employer Panels to increase the awareness of the CAVE services in the community.

Tim works with a unique sense of humor and straightforward approach to help make the CAVE an enjoyable environment to search for work and to work in.

Joanna

Greeting you with her beautiful smile and incredible warmth as a Case Manager, Joanna plays a key role in ensuring that Cave continues to excel. She brings with her Diploma in Business Administration, 13+ years of office experience and extensive service background, and is currently completing her CCDP at Douglas College to further her absolute amazingness.

Her proactive approach and sincere passion for helping others make her ideal for the role of Case Manager. She is always ready to answer any of your questions and offer you the best service possible either over the phone or in person.

In addition to her knowledge, experience and skills, her amazing cooking abilities are also appreciated by all of us at The Cave and we always look forward to trying her next sensational cooking creation.

Andrea

Did someone say chocolate? It must be Andrea! It may also explain why there’s always a mischievous smile on her face.

As one of Cave’s newest Case Managers, Andrea brings 5+ years of case management experience in addition to several more years working with youth.

Her positive and optimistic perspective on life is engrained in her approach to her work and she’s on a mission to spread the cheerfulness…as long as you don’t mess with her chocolate!

Sharon

Sharon has over 12 years of experience in employment services and career planning. Her commitment to assisting her clients along with her sense of humor has been experienced by CAVE clients over the years.

With her degree in Psychology and Diploma in Business Administration, Sharon has worked in both public and private sectors. She has worked in not-for-profit, business development, technical training, income assistance and administration.

When not focusing on the world of job search, Sharon loves to cook, check out concerts and watch old episodes of Seinfeld.
